Aboriginal Programs for Schools, Kindergartens, Disability Services, Child Care Centers and Communities.
My programs are designed to fit neatly with the Indigenous Australian Curriculum ensuring that students get a full and immersive educational experience. These programs are flexible and adapt to the interests and questions of your staff and students. I'd be more than happy to give you some real-life examples to show you how this works in practice.
Right now, the programs I'm running centre around the use of Aboriginal symbols, both common ones and some of my own design that I use in my artwork. We touch on History, Civics and Citizenship, The Arts, and Literacy, helping students connect with Indigenous culture from the perspective of an Aboriginal artist. The goal is to make this connection relatable and inspiring.
As a result, students gain a deep understanding of Aboriginal life at their own levels and often bring this knowledge into their own family histories.
Canvas Artworks for Commissions
My artistic evolution has been truly inspiring to both myself and many. In a relatively short time, I have developed a unique voice and perspective which has added depth and richness to the vibrant tapestry of Aboriginal art.
I demonstrated an unwavering devotion to my craft, exploring new techniques and pushing the boundaries of my artistic expression. My dedication to preserving and sharing Indigenous culture through my art is in every piece I create.
You are welcome to contact me for an original artwork or print.
Reconciliation Action Plan Artworks..
My programs are designed to be flexible and highly responsive, catering to the interests and needs of a wide range of age groups, from kindergarten-aged kids to adults and senior citizens.
They revolve around the use of Aboriginal symbols, both common ones and those of my own design that feature prominently in my artwork. These programs span various questions that arise from staff, students and community as they unpack the effects of past Australian laws' intact on the true history.
With a compassionate and deep lived experience from both parents being Aboriginal I connect with the past and reconcile into Healing Artworks centered around my Ocean's, Turtles and Symbol artworks. I work together with all participants answering theirs questions in many ways. But, the end result is always a beautiful collaborated artwork.
Together we can reconcile.
